New Dawn Leadership provides executive coaching and leadership development services. All services are offered as professional coaching and consulting and are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Coaching services begin only after mutual agreement and, where applicable, execution of a written agreement outlining scope, duration, and fees.

4. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Fees for coaching and leadership development services are communicated prior to the start of any engagement. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms, schedules, and cancellation policies are defined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation. New Dawn Leadership does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Clients agree to provide accurate information and to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the coaching relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of Thistles & Thorns Holdings LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written permission.
